Eating Plans

An eating plan is comprised of a balanced selection of nutritious foods tailored to meet individual health goals, including appropriate portions of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals. It emphasizes consistency, variety, and moderation to support overall well-being and energy needs.

Comprehensive Nutrition Coaching

Your health coach will create a simple, personal nutrition plan by first learning about your health, lifestyle, food likes, and goals. They collect details about medical history, activity, and current eating to find nutrition needs and challenges. Your coach then makes a balanced plan with healthy foods that fit your tastes and culture, making sure it is easy to follow. They set small goals, teach about nutrition, and give support and changes to help you keep healthy eating habits.

Tools and Tracking

Our nutrition coach uses simple tools and tracking methods to help you reach your goals. They track important things like body composition and weight to see your progress. Using apps, food diaries, and regular check-ins, the coach updates your nutrition plan based on the data. This regular review helps you improve steadily and reach your health and fitness goals.

A ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat plan that shifts the body into ketosis, burning fat for energy instead of carbs. It usually limits carbs to 20-50 grams daily and boosts fat to 70-80% of daily calories.

The Mediterranean Diet focuses on traditional foods from Mediterranean countries. It highlights fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and olive oil. It includes moderate fish and chicken, limited red meat, and encourages eating with family and friends. This diet supports heart health and weight control.

A Vegetarian & Plant-Forward Diet mainly includes plant foods like vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, nuts, and seeds. It limits or avoids animal products. This diet helps health, protects the environment, and respects animal welfare by focusing on natural, nutritious plants. It encourages balanced meals that provide important nutrients and improve overall health.
